जिला कलक्टर एवं जिला मजिस्टे्रट रवि जैन ने जिले में वर्ष 2019 में दो स्थानीय अवकाश घोषित किए हैं। आदेशानुसार जिला कलक्टर रवि जैन ने प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए 14 जनवरी सोमवार को मकर संक्राति एवं 30 अक्टूबर शुक्रवार को लोहागर्ल मेला के दिन सम्पूर्ण जिले में दो स्थानीय अवकाश घोषित किया गया है।
